Return & Refund:


Digital products cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is placed. However We accept returns if you do not like our physical product(s). But, we deduct the fee that is incurred on shipping and COD (if applicable), generally ranging from 100 INR to 300 INR depending on your location of delivery, from the total order amount. RETURNS ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO COUNTRIES OTHER THAN INDIA.


Damaged Products & Replacement:

If you receive a damaged product, do not worry. Just get in touch with our support team to place a replace request or a refund request. Your amount will be refunded in 3-15 bank days.

Also, Please make sure that the returned product is packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the refund/code to be processed.


Cancellation:

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders CANNOT be cancelled. 

Orders: Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. 


Your amount will be refunded in 3-15 bank days.

Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on anumoljolly09@gmail.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
